The AIAC Vision Tablet Inspection Machine is a high-precision, fully automated system designed for comprehensive 360-degree visual inspection of pharmaceutical tablets. It supports both round and oblong tablets, ensuring accurate detection of surface and structural defects with no blind spots during the inspection process.

Capable of inspecting tablets up to 22mm in size, this machine identifies a wide range of defects including cracks, coating issues, deformation, discoloration, foreign object adhesion, and printing errors. It features quick tool-free mold changes for various tablet sizes, a dust-removal design to reduce lens contamination, and high-speed cameras to ensure reliable performance and reduced downtime in production environments.

Half-grain, missing corner, deformation, poor coating, uneven surface, black spots, side stain and different colors, side coating broken, side cracks, side damage, cracking, stain, mixed tablets, foreign object adhesion, malformed, coating drops, scratch, poor engraving, missing print, printing bleeding, and so on.

  • Each tablet is automatically classified into three categories—good, defective, or untested—with rejection confirmation.
  • Designed for flexibility, the system requires only one change part per tablet type and size, allowing product changeovers in under 30minutes. For clean and stable operation, it is equipped with a dust removal device, anti-static unit, and protective camera dust cover. Tool-free cleaning further maximizes uptime and simplifies daily maintenance.
